Nigerian footballer Mikel Obi has recently undergone surgery at the Princess Grace Hospital in the United Kingdom.
The football star shared this update through photos posted on his Instagram story on Saturday. While he did not specify the nature of the surgery, he posted a picture before the operation with the caption, “Pre-op, let’s go.”
Following the surgery, Mikel also shared another picture of himself lying on the hospital bed with the caption, “All good, #PostOp.”
This isn’t the first time Mikel has undergone surgery in the UK; previously in April 2017, he had a successful surgery and commenced rehabilitation for his recovery.
