Superstar Nigeria Afrobeat singer, David Adeleke popularly known as Davido has noted that he is always happy to hear about colleague and fellow singer, Damini Ogulu professionally known as Burna Boy’s development.
Davido who shared this while speaking in an interview now trending online added that himself and Burna Boy have known themselves since 2010.
He added that he loves the craft of music noting that he would have been richer if he focus on other sectors in his family business.
He said; “All my brothers and sisters are richer than me. I am doing this because i love the craft. If i work at my dad’s office i will be a billionaire tomorrow in dollars.”
The “If” crooner further emphasized that he has never for once wished Burna Boy bad and he his always happy of his nominations and achievements.
“Burna is my guy, i met him like 2010. Myself, Burna and Dammy Krane drove my first Honda from one hotel in Victoria Island to meet 2face at Grasshopper that soldiers flogged us for wearing Camouflage. Burna am i lying?”
”We were still cool. I am happy i am seeing this development . I have never in my life wished him bad. All his developments, i am glad, grabbing nominations, i am happy for all these. Even his associates gingering him against me, i won’t mention names, they knew what i did for them.” He added.
